Walt’s Hitching Post serves new features combined with timeless classic fare and those legendary smokehouse slabs under the direction of legendary Walt's Chef Justin Leidenheimer. Food aficionados are very familiar with the delicious ribs, which are smoked outside in an open fire pit, finished on a grill and then complemented by Walt’s signature secret sauce. Other celebrated dishes include the Salted Rye Bread, Tomato Garlic Dressing, and Skillet Potatoes. Of course, Walt’s Hitching Post will also offer an array of finely curated steaks.
